 First aid facilities are available in the following locations:

Company Vehicles

Site Huts (Major Works)

 All accidents must be recorded in the company’s accident book

 Tablets and medications are not kept in the company’s first aid containers

 First aid containers will be checked on a monthly basis and any items that are missing or

out of date will be replaced
